Samuel
John Worthington was born in the UK on February 11th, 2003. He has
Opitz G Syndrome, which is a genetic disorder that was diagnosed shortly
after birth. Sam is now happily settled in his second year at a
mainstream school, he has his own assistant who is fantastic with him.
He is a fast learner and has a great sense of humor. Sam also loves
music.
Mission
To help assure the highest quality home care for children with
tracheostomies.
To provide needed tracheostomy information in order to ease some of
the anxiety related to caring for a child with a trach. A
well-informed family will usually experience less anxiety.
To facilitate parent-to-parent networking and support. Information
is necessary for parents of medically challenged children, however
