Due to a continued decline in projected revenues advised in a memo dated August 1 from the Governor's Office of Planning & Budget, all state agencies are required to submit budget reduction plans of 6%, 8% and 10% for both amended FY2009 and FY2010.

Measles Alert
Between January 1, 2008 and April 25, 2008, sixty-four measles cases were reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
